TIMBERLINE MEADOWS HOA DUES
Timberline Meadows HOA dues invoices will be mailed in November of each year. A receipt will be e-mailed to all homeowners who provide an e-mail address with their payment.
The Timberline Meadows HOA board has set dues for 2024 at $350. Your payment is due by January 31st. (click here for the 2024 HOA Dues Invoice)
If payment is not received by January 31, 2024, a late fee of $50 will be assessed on February 1. Additional late fees of $50 per month will be added on the first of each month for each additional month dues are not received.
Dues Calculation:
Payment by Jan 31 = $350
Feb 1st = $400
Mar 1st = $450
Apr 1st = $500
Any accounts not paid in full by April 1st will be turned over the HOA attorney for collection. The homeowner is responsible for dues, all late fees, and any legal expenses required to collect the debt and/or place a lien on the property. Any monies received will first be applied to accrued late fees and attorney’s fees, and second to unpaid dues.
